Fees

Counseling Services:

Clients with traditional indemnity insurance or any type of out-of-network (PPO or PPS) coverage are eligible for insurance reimbursement. Managed care (in-network) insurance coverage is not accepted and does not make the client eligible for reimbursement. Clients need to check with their insurance provider to determine if reimbursement is available.

Clients are responsible for making payment at the time of the service. They are given an insurance voucher, which they submit to their insurance company. The insurance company reimburses the client directly. About ninety percent of our clients are reimbursed 70% of the fee paid. The typical turn-around time, from the point of submitting the voucher to receiving the reimbursement check, is approximately two weeks. It is very important that clients speak to their insurance company directly to determine the exact reimbursement rate and the protocol for receiving it in a timely manner. Again, clients are responsible for submitting and processing all the necessary insurance documentation.

Specific fees are not listed because they vary among clinicians. The fees range from $100 to $165 for a typical one hour appointment.
